Gathering Information-This is the first step in the process of creating your video.  We arrange a meeting to discuss all the content, or marketing needs for your project in person, over the phone, or by email.  The purpose of this discussion is to determine what type of video you would like, the budget for the project, and to get our creative team the necessary information to prepare a quote.

Quote-After reviewing the notes from the initial meeting, we prepare a quote based on your advertising or content needs and goals.   Upon approval of the quote, we proceed to the next step in the production process.

Outline and Script Review-This is usually done over email in which you give us all the relevant information you or your business want included in your video.  When we receive all your outlined materials, we work with you to develop a script. 

Shot List Preparation-Based on the script, the basic needed shots are mapped out before any shooting begins. This process is best known as storyboarding.

Video Shoot-With our professional cameras and team, we begin the video shoot.  Following the project outline, we capture all of the footage needed, as well as any dialogue or voice recording we may need.

Post-Production/Editing

Editing-Next we begin the editing process, following the agreed upon script. After we have a rough edit we will post to youtube or deliver for your review.  A final edit is created based upon your feedback and creative input.

Mastering and Duplicating--The final presentation is mastered onto a digital format.  We then will handle any of your duplication needs for posting to web, data disk or DVD.
